Dr. Truong's journey to becoming a leading neurologist began with his medical training at the American University of the Caribbean, Netherlands Antilles, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. His passion for understanding the intricacies of the human brain led him to pursue further education, culminating in a Master's in Public Health with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Loma Linda University, School of Public Health.

Following his educational pursuits, Dr. Truong embarked on a rigorous path of specialized training and certification. He completed his Neurology Residency at State University of New York Upstate Medical University, where he honed his skills in diagnosing and treating various neurological disorders. Subsequently, he pursued a Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Loma Linda University Medical Center, specializing in electromyography/nerve conduction studies and EEG.

With a commitment to staying at the forefront of his field, Dr. Truong maintains active membership in prestigious professional organizations such as the American Academy of Neurology and the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He continuously seeks to expand his knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of care to his patients.

Since 2016, Dr. Truong has been at the helm of The Truong Neuroscience Institute, where he leads a team of dedicated professionals in diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological conditions. From neuromuscular diseases to Parkinson’s disease, headaches, seizures, and beyond, Dr. Truong and his team are committed to delivering personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
